/v1/companies/users/permissions

Returns the full catalog of permissions available on the platform, grouped by module and resource.

This listing is not scoped to a specific company — it is the same catalog for the entire platform. It serves as a reference for building the permissions array used both when creating (POST /v1/companies/roles) and updating (PUT /v1/companies/roles/{roleId}) roles: each entry indicates which actions are available for each module/resource combination.
