Card#
A card is the individual process of one specific customer inside a credit flow — the "case" or "file" for that customer as it moves through the funnel, from the moment the proposal enters the pipeline to the final outcome of the operation. While the flow lays out the possible path (the phases, the rules, the automations), the card is the concrete instance of that path for a given customer: every credit proposal under analysis materializes as a card, and it is inside the card that the journey of that specific customer actually happens.Everything relevant to that customer and that operation accumulates inside the card: the registration data collected at the start of the process, the documents attached throughout the analysis, the complete history of movement between phases, the comments exchanged by the responsible team, and the formal decisions recorded there — the analyst's technical opinion, the outcome of the approval authority, the limits and conditions that were set. None of this stays scattered: the card is the single place where all relevant information about that customer comes together, available to anyone who needs to review the history or justify a decision. Each card represents an active business opportunity, and its progress from phase to phase is the direct reflection of the real progress of that analysis — not a system abstraction, but the true state of that customer inside the credit pipeline. Looking at the set of cards in a flow is, therefore, looking at the active portfolio of proposals: how many are in screening, how many are waiting on an opinion, how many have already been approved or declined. When a card reaches a won or lost phase, its cycle closes with a definitive outcome. Understanding the card means understanding the smallest and most concrete unit of work in the entire agricultural credit operation: it is inside the card, not in the abstract flow, that every day-to-day decision actually happens.Simplified example#
