Delete attachment's phase-field link

DELETE

/v1/cards/{cardId}/attachment/{attachmentId}/phaseField

Removes the association between an attachment and the phase field (of the attachment type) it is linked to on the card.

Unlike fully deleting the attachment, this operation only undoes the link between the attachment and the phase field — it does not necessarily remove the attachment record itself.
